 Ramazan Dolay - Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Newista is a United States Incorporation but its founder, Ramazan Dolay [Turk], is from and resides in Istanbul, Turkey. Ramazan's interest in the internet began while he was attending Istanbul University attaining his degree in Business Administration. In 1998, as the result of a web design inquiry from his nephew, Ramazan found himself designing websites. This early web design work led to his success as one of the earliest known webmasters in Istanbul. With Googles popularity in 2000, Ramazan also developed an interest in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and today he is one of the most accomplished search engine specialists on the internet.
 The Newista name was created in 2002. Ramazan was searching for a unique name for the business. The name needed to have a sense of something new, and combined with a little local flavor (can you guess?), newista.com was born.
In 2003 Ramazan decided to host his own web design customers as a result of his dissatisfaction with the hosting companies he was using at the time. Newista was now fully operational and started to accept web hosting customers world-wide with the help of a friend's company in San Diego, California.

As Newista grew, it become more obvious that the advantages of becoming a US company were important to the growth of the company. Ramazan hired Mr. Pickering to manage the formation and the financial operations of the new US Corporation.
Mr. Pickering is an experienced business and financial executive and has an extensive background in web hosting and internet services.
