Before Account Activation.
When you sign up for a hosting plan, http://members.newista.com/ sends a confirmation e-mail automatically. This e-mail title starts with "Newista, Inc. Lease.." which is just a confirmation e-mail but not an account activation e-mail.
We review and activate new sign ups manually with the included IPs and once we setup the account fully, sales-at-newista.com sends the "NEWISTA ACCOUNT ACTIVATION DETAILS :: Login Information..." e-mails which includes your package details, hosting administration login links and their usernames and passwords, http://members.newista.com/ client admin user e-mail and its password, payment details and name servers informations for your account.
Newista usually activate any sign up within 3 hours. On rare occasions it can take up to 12 hours, depending on how many orders we receive at the moment and fraud risks. If you paid annually and if sales department can not find any presales or live chat records regarding your account and also if sales department sense any suspicious details regarding your submitted details, you will probably receive an e-mail asking a scanned image or your ID (Drivers License or Passport) from sales-at-newista.com.
After Account Activation.
Please first login http://members.newista.com which is your client admin and private help desk, where you can reach your invoices, client information, hosting package information, important news and updates.
We are running a web based business, we are not able to see you, we are not able to remember you unless you contact with us via http://members.newista.com because Newista is a global web hosting company and we have thousands of customers from any where of the world. Security is everything for us asa hosting provider. And your http://members.newista.com client admin is everything about your Newista Web Hosting Account. Please add to bookmarks and never forget your http://members.newista.com/ user e-mail which is the e-mail you have specified during sign up as the primary e-mail. Also you should specify a backup e-mail if you have not during sign up. Sometimes free e-mail services even like Gmail goes down so we can contact with you from your backup e-mail.
For anything require modification and administration tasks for your account, you have to open ticket from http://members.newista.com.
If you can not login your http://members.newista.com admin is the e-mail you have to tell us your problem to login to http://members.newista.com
Activation Note for cPanel reseller hosting customers:
Due to nature of the reseller administration panel WHM, we have to create a cPanel account first and convert it into a WHM account.
As default, we create the master cPanel account for Your master domain [the domain that you have specified while sign up] with 1/10 quotas of your WHM's total disk and bandwidth quotas. With your WHM, you can create as many cPanel accounts as you wish for the websites you will host by your WHM account, as long as the total created cPanel account's total disk and bandwidth quotas do not exceed your WHM disk and bandwidth quotas.
For example, You have specified the master domain as mydomain.com and you 've signed up for a reseller hosting package which have 10GB Disk and 100GB Bandwidth quotas.
So we setup the master cPanel account for mydomain.com with 1GB Disk and 10GB Bandwidth [1/10 quotas of the reseller package] and turn it into a WHM account. Your master cPanel account's password will be the same of the WHM's password.
You can modify, downgrade and upgrade your master cPanel account but you can not remove the master cPanel account due to nature of the WHM.
Hosting Administration Panel Logins.
Its name is cPanel. cPanel is the brand of the hosting administration panel suite installed in our servers. We are not able to provide the exact cPanel login links since we have several servers and also the customized servers which are specially configured for different purposes such as PHP5 installed cPanel servers and Java Installed cPanel server. Your cPanel login links have to specifiied in your account e-mail but you can refer below examples.

This feature has been disabled as default due to a known security reason of the cPanel. You have to open ticket from your http://members.newista.com to ask temporary enable this feature for not more than 24 hours.
FYI. If you are a cPanel reseller customer and have the branded reseller nameservers setup for your WHM. Then you can provide this feature for your cPanel hosting customer. Forexample. myhost.com is your master cPanel account and you have setup ns1.myhost.com and ns2.myhost.com . Since our system administrators setup fully branded nameservers you can offer this feature via your master cpanel account domain , forexample http://mydomain.com/~cpanelusername

First of all, if You are new to cPanel, we have to tell you that cPanel is the greatest hosting administration panel ever made and the most user friendly hosting control panel and we believe Newista team is the most experienced hosting service on the internet on cPanel servers. But cPanel has like uncountable features. cPanel Skins and Languages.
We have several cPanel skins:
cPanel own skins: monsoon, x, x2, bluelagoon and xmail. The skin X is the default and the oldest style of the cPanel. Our flash tutorials and documents prepared based on the X skin but the differences within the cPanel skins are only in overall looking but not any limited or additional features according to the skins.
RVskin's skins: rvorange, rvblue, rvgreen, rvteal, rvmaroon, rvviolet, rvolive, rvlightorange, rvlightblue, rvlightgreen, rvlightteal,
rvlightmaroon, rvlightviolet, rvlightolive.
The RV skins are a lot different than cPanel's official skins. They are normally licensed but with any Newista cPanel hosting account and cPanel reseller hosting accounts come as default and for free.
The most important feature of the RVskins are its additional languages.
23 languages; English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Swedish, Russian, Romanian, Dutch, Brazilian-Portuguese, Simplified-Chinese (GB), Traditional-Chinese (Big5), Polish, Italian, Arabic, Norwegian, Finnish, Indonesian, Korean, Slovenian, Turkish, Japanese -shift_JIS and Japanese-euc-JS under single RVskin license. Important Language Notes:

If you are a cPanel reseller hosting customer, you will find out the RVskin manager plugin integrated within your WHM like the Fantastico De Luxe. As you are able manage your cPanel accounts, Also you are able to manage your cPanel account's RVskins.
You can set any languages and skins for your cPanel accounts from your WHM.
Also regarding the WHM language, the WHM is as default in english and have to be in english but even WHM has an extraordinary feature to translate it into your language. If you are able to gather WHM translation files translated into your language, just open ticket from your members admin to ask our system administrators to upload the translated files for your WHM.
- If you are a shared cPanel hosting customer, If you want to change your cPanel skin and/or its language, please open ticket from your members admin.
Pointing the DNSs and name servers.
We provide the newista name servers as default [ns1.newista.net... ns8.newista.net, ns1.p5.newista.net..]
You have to refer your account activation e-mail.
[re]Pointing the DNSs: You can initiate the process by logging into your domain registrar account and redirecting [pointing] your name servers according to the newista name servers. Please refer to the activation email for details. If you are unable to change your domain's DNSs or have not enough technical knowledge to do so, please open ticket from http://members.newista.com/ and we will get it done on your behalf. Once the name servers have been updated, your domain name would be able to retrieve data from our server within 24 [You have to allow 72hours for 100% DNS propagation all over the ISPs.]
Reseller Branded name servers : As default our reseller hosting plans have newista name servers but if your plan include 2dedicated IPs or more. We will setup branded name servers for your reseller account. Please open ticket from http://members.newista.com/ look at your IPs in your account activation e-mail and tell the name servers as:
ns1.mydomain.com = my.first.ip.address
ns2.mydomain.com = my.second.ip.address
Our system administrators setup your reseller name servers within 12 hours. Please note that by the reseller branded name servers , your created cPanel accounts start to share your first nameserver's IPs instead server root IP which enables you the fully branding.
Meanwhile you can register [create child] name servers from your mydomain.com domain register. Unless you register [create] child name servers from your domain register, you can not start to point your domains to your reseller name servers due to nature of the internet.
Please refer to your domain register service manual for how to create [register] child name servers or provide your domain register service login link and login details to the Newista and we will get it done on your behalf.
Zero Downtime Account Relocation.
If your previous host was also providing cPanel [or WHM] as control panel, our system administration may relocate your cPanel [or WHM] accounts to the Newista. You have to open ticket to schedule and request this once you 've received your account activation e-mail.
We do relocations including your MySQL databases for free only once when you become a Newista customers.
- If you want to relocate your accounts on your own
First of all, be sure that your both old hosting account and new newista hosting account has been active for at least 2 days
> Backup your old hosting accounts. You can use phpmyadmin feature for MySQL backup>restore.
> Relocate
them to your new hosting accounts.
> Update the DNSs of your domain names.
> While your domain's DNSs are propagating[resolving] check your restored backups from your Newista hosting accounts.
> After 6 hours, DNSs will start to propagate and this proccess will continue more 24 hours
> Meanwhile you have to not update your design and it is better to release a relocation announcement for your customers and visitors. Also to minimize the "updated data loss" between the last backup you took and the latest data of your your websites just before DNSs have been switched, you may try the second backup restore as soon as you notice that the DNSs of your website start to resolve to the newista network. Also it is suggested to download your e-mails to your computer.
Please note that, With Newista cPanel Hosting Accounts anything[any PHP applications, mod-rewrites, custom apache modules, Installing any SSL certificate, uncountable type of scripts like java countdown, SSH, redirections, add-on and parked domains..,] is possible as long as your needs based on linux OS supported applications. And almost all of the features have been told in the documents and shown by the flash tutorials.
