Newista Web Service strives to have your website available by any party in the world 99.9% of the time. Network downtime is defined as 100% packet loss from our NOC to its backbone providers. Our administrators will determine the end of the downtime by a trace route to the customer's machine from outside of the Newista Web Service network.
Downtime Credits
In the event that your website is not available for more than 99.9% of the time in a month, Newista Web Service will credit the following month service fee or upgrade your yearly account as the table below indicates;
[ 99.9% > 99.6% = 20% Credit ] - [ 99.5% > 99% = 50% Credit ] - [ below 99% = 100% Credit ]
In order for you to receive credit on your account, you must request the credit at members within seven (7) days after the downtime was experienced. We have approved uptime statistics at datacenter page.
Restrictions:
Credits shall not be provided in the event that the outage is a result of scheduled maintenance, your behavior or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities or applications, or circumstances beyond Newista Web Service's reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services, including DNS propagation, domain name registration/transfer, failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of your website, or a client breaking any item in Newista Web Service's Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy causing a machine to fail as a result.

Newista Web Service guarantees for as long as you are a good standing continuous client and continually renew your contract for web hosting service, we guarantee that you will be locked into paying your web hosting prices forever. If your web hosting package gets upgraded with new features, more web space or bandwidth we will add these additional new services to your account for free while keeping your low price in tact.
59Days & 14Days Money Back Guarantee: Every Newista web hosting customers able to cancel and request for refund within the 14days. 14 Days Money Back Guarantee includes payments for both monthly, yearly and multiple years in advance. 59 Days Money Back Guarantee includes payments for annually only and the refund amount will be deducted partiall dues. Newista refunds are being applied within 7 business days by the customer request and the refund would only paid to the payers account.
